you share–are important factors in your good health. When you join
HealthPlus, you choose a primary care physician from among hundreds of
doctors who belong to our network. And, since each HealthPlus doctor works
with a specific hospital in your community, when you select a physician,
you choose a hospital, too. You’ll go to your doctor for all your
routine care, such as physical exams or office visits. And, when you need
specialty care, your physician will make the necessary arrangements. |
