- HealthPlus HMO – One of America’stop-rated plans providing economical choice with comprehensive benefits your employees appreciate. Members choose a primary care physician (PCP) to provide and arrange for health services, including referrals to specialists. Members are encouraged to get routine physicals and other preventive services, which may result in early intervention and proper disease management of illness or disease.
- HealthPlus POS – A Point-of-Service plan that gives you many of the benefits of our HMO with the added feature that employees can access care through their PCP or self-refer to any provider. Employees who choose to self-refer are subject to higher deductibles and copayments.
- HealthPlus Consumer Directed Plans – These plans empower your employees to become better consumers of health care services. While continuing to provide first dollar coverage for routine physicals and other preventive services, employees will share greater responsibility in the cost of other services through deductibles and copayments. Our innovative Consumer Directed Plans can be aligned with a Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
- HealthPlus Options – This program provides an alternative financing mechanism to self-fund your health benefits using any one of our innovative plan designs … or we can create a plan unique to your employee needs. HealthPlus Options provides administrative services while your bottom line benefits from our superior provider contracting and medical management.
