Customer Service Representative - Flint (08-33)

Enrollment Analyst - Flint (08-40)

Responsible for accurate and timely processing of enrollment eligibility and monitoring the timely receipt of enrollment data, applications and EDI files. Assisting internal and external customers with membership issues. Processing member identification cards and tracking/maintaining inventory of fulfillment materials and ID card production supplies. A successful candidate must be a High school graduate or equivalent with one year of full time direct experience in data input. As well as, two years full time business experience in keeping detail records/files (i.e. legal files, HR files, physician office records). Requires 8,000kph/80% accuracy in Alpha Numeric, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Math.
